According to TMZ, the tryst was spotted during the Athletics’ clash with the Seattle Mariners at RingCentral Coliseum.
The couple are seen on the back two rows of the otherwise deserted stands, with the woman appearing to perform oral sex on the man.
Another fan appeared to capture the two getting hot and heavy as the game went on below them.
As of August 23, the clip has been shared widely and watched more than 2.3m times.
It’s now been reported that the local Oakland Police will investigate the randy pair.
An Oakland Police spokesperson said: “The Oakland Police Department was not alerted to this until after the game.
“We have initiated an investigation.”
TMZ report that if found guilty, the penalty for the offense is up to six months behind bars and/or a fine of up to $1,000.
The footage quickly went viral on social media, with Twitter weighing in on the brazen couple.
One baseball fan joked: “More action in the stands [than] on the field.”
While another added: “Last row, so it’s close to the mile-high club.”
And a third said: “She probably dropped her lipstick and is trying to find it.”
